Whenever I’m over by Warner Brothers, I love seeing this delightful row of storybook homes on Hollywood Way in Burbank.

Built in the 1940s, they’re located just outside what used to be known as the Columbia Ranch backlot, now the Warner Bros Ranch.

Although legends abound that they had something to do with Walt Disney and Co., also located right down the street, these were just another fanciful entry in the storybook architecture of Los Angeles.
